THE VISION OF BALMAIN STORE BY OLIVIER ROUSTEING

STORE OPENING FEATURING VIRTUAL REALITY EXPERIENCE

For the very first time ever, Balmain’s Italian store opened its doors to the public. In a beautiful baroque building, Paris-meets-Milano extravaganza will take your breath away.

Balmain’s Creative Director Olivier Rousteing designed the store and it is located on favolosa Via Montenapoleone. The store is nothing but a luxurious experience to its shoppers.

Vintage furniture. Mirrors. Chandeliers. Marmol Floors, and obviously very flattering lighting all around, Balmain really stepped it up and invites you not only to the store, but also to the one of a kind virtual reality experience “My City of lights.” We told you it was luxurious.

Basic store opening? Definitely not.

“My City of Lights” takes place in a lounge where guests sit down and go through a virtual experience. If you really want to know what it is about, we suggest to buy a plane ticket and take a trip to Milano, and see it for yourself. It is definitely one of a kind, and one most live it to believe it.  We will just tell you this: it is like being inside of Olivier Rousteing’s mind.

If you are not able to make it to Milano, it is planned that “My City of lights” will travel to other Balmain stores afterwards. So do not panic, you still have a chance to take a look inside the designer’s mind.
